PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

DELIVERY
• When an order is placed, POTENTIAL VILLAIN will consider all the information sent to the website accurate to the purchaser - all purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
• You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
• Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify sales@potentialvillain.com. You will receive an email from sales@potentialvillain.com when your order has been confirmed.
• USPS is our carrier.
• USA orders only (no international orders, please).
