EXCHANGE POLICY
• Potential Villain finds it imperative that you, the costumer, enjoy your shopping experience with us and be satisfied with our products. If you come across any problems with your purchase, we do offer exchanges. We do not offer returns or refunds.
• If you are not satisfied with our products, you may exchange within 10 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges depend on existing stock. Notice must be given to sales@potentialvillain.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt/packaging slip and return form when returned. Returned items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
• Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Potential Villain for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Potential Villain for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.
• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.
• BEFORE MAKING ANY EXCHANGE PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
• If you paid using your PayPal balance or bank account, we credit the refund to your PayPal balance.
• If you paid with a credit or debit card, we credit the refund to your card. Depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your statement.
• If you paid using more than one payment, we credit the amount paid with a credit or debit to that card. We credit the rest of the refund amount to your PayPal balance.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR WRONG MERCHANDISE:
• If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please contact us within 2 business days upon receiving your delivery. We will gladly exchange for a similar item of equal or lesser value, less shipping costs.
